Premium Natural Fine Wines

From young blends to oak-aged selections — every bottle a story of the Pyrenees.

Young

Sauvella Luteum

An orange wine, based on a blend of white macabeo fermented with skin contact and red brocada juice. Both varieties come from the last remaining old vineyard of the village of Orcau.

Sauvella Romance

Sauvella Segell

A young red blend as imagined by Peter Nagtegaal. Young and smooth.

Sauvella MC

A young red wine made by carbonic maceration, the fermenting technique using whole grape clusters. An unusual and fruity character.

Sauvella Ancestral

Sparkling wine based on red sumoll grape, made according to the ancestral method. Still in experimental stages.

Sauvella Dolç

Sweet young red wine, based on fermenting sun-dried red grenache.
